Personal Interviews

Principal Asset conducts in-depth interviews in the following manner:

Each candidate meets with a number of recruiters, allowing them to express themselves to more than one person so that their career goals are thoroughly understood. This helps the recruiters to have a more complete picture of the candidate.
We gain an understanding of the environment in which each candidate would flourish.
We discuss any pending counter offers or other issues that would affect their acceptance of your position. We present you with the positives and negatives of hiring each candidate so you can make a more informed decision.

Employer References

Employer References are an important tool for us to gain a complete picture of a candidate’s career history, allowing us to gain insight into the strength and weaknesses in his or her past work environments.

These references allow us to present each candidate’s history accurately and give us a good understanding of the environment in which they would succeed.
